Terms and Conditions of Sale

All of our terms and conditions of sale fall within the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This list is not exhaustive.

DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days and shipped by courier using a maximum of 3 day delivery (most deliveries are made next working day).

We want you to get your order as soon as possible and one of our main goals is to process orders quickly.   On the rare occasion that a delay has occurred, this usually is the responsibility of the courier and not ourselves. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

If you are however experiencing any delays in delivery times please contact us via our website and we will do everything possible to address your enquiry in a timely manner.

RETURNS POLICY INFORMATION

Offering the best customer experience is at the heart of what we do and we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us and we offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all of our items from the date of delivery. Once in receipt all returns are actioned within 2 working days of receipt.

Important, please include the following in the package:

1. Include your original invoice or a copy clearly stating “PLEASE REFUND”. This is used to identify the return.

2. We will give you a full refund once we have received your return at our return address.  Please allow 48 Hours to process your return.

Goods must be received in a fully resale-able.  All returns are processed within 2 working days from receipt of the item.

For the buyers protection we always recommend that items are returned via a tracked/recorded delivery service to ensure the item arrives safely as we are not responsible if an item is lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us. A refund will be made on the item amount. It is the buyers responsibility for the postage costs of returning the item or items back to us and this is not refundable.  All refunds are processed via your original payment method.
